HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A sailor stationed at Pearl Habor is being accused of using an app to arrange a meeting with three young girls for sex.
It turns out he was actually arranging a meeting with an undercover officer.
FBI agents arrested 30-year-old Michael David Kirk on two counts of coercion and enticement, and transfer of obscene material to a minor.
He made his initial appearance in court on Thursday afternoon.
The arrest is part of a nationwide effort to curb electronic enticement of minors.
