SandBows aim for 4th-straight Big West crown this weekend

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Rainbow Wahine beach volleyball team will look for their fourth-straight Big West title heading into the 2019 Big West Beach Volleyball Tournament this weekend,

Hawaii is the top seed of the tournament and will receive a bye in the double-elimination format.

This is the third time in four seasons that the Wahine have received the top seed and they own a 9-0 all-time record in the tournament.

The SandBows will play the winner of CSUN vs. UC Davis on Friday afternoon.

2019 Big West Beach Volleyball Tournament

Who (Tournament Seeds): No. 1 Hawaii, No. 2 Cal Poly, No. 3 Long Beach State, No. 4 CSUN, No. 5 UC Davis, No. 6 CSU Bakersfield, No. 7 Sacramento State.

When: Friday-Saturday, April 26-27; First serve at 9:00 am. PT/6:00 am HT
