Homeless advocates push for a change to a state law

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A state law known as Assisted Community Treatment is meant to help people suffering from mental illness.

But homeless advocates say it’s preventing patients from getting the treatment they need. Kimo Carvalho from the Institute for Human Services and Lieutenant Governor Josh Green join us now.
