HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A man accused of murder and assault in an incident in October waived his extradition to Washington State.
Darry Smalley appeared in court Tuesday. He’s now being held without bail at OCCC until authorities take him back to Washington.
The 23-year-old man was hiding out at a Waikiki hostel before being arrested last week Thursday.
He was wanted by authorities in the Pacific Northwest on suspicion of a double homicide. He faces a first-degree murder charge and three other counts of assault.
