(RNN) – Americans sure love dressing up their pets for the holidays.

Just look around social media and you’re sure to find a German Shepherd dressed up as a reindeer or a dubious cat stumbling around in a Santa costume.

Take a look and enjoy a little holiday cheer at the expense of our favorite four-legged friends.

This cat is not excited about her Santa Claus outfit

Effie, a black and white tuxedo cat, just seems exhausted by the Christmas outfit her owner put her in.
