Super Bowl recipes: Jason Tang's Super Bowl spring rolls

  • 2 C. chopped chicken
  • 1 Chinese sausage
  • 2 T. chopped onion
  • 1 chopped black mushroom
  • 1/4 cup bamboo shoots
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1 T. sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 2 T. rice wine

Heat wok, stir fry all ingredients and seasonings together till cooked. if any liquid remains, drain it away, the mix should not drip.

Place filling in spring roll wrappers, fold and seal with egg white, deep fry until golden brown, serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
