HONOLULU (KHNL) - A former co-star of the TV show 'Dog, the Bounty Hunter' won a round in court Thursday. An Oahu judge found Timothy Chapman not guilty of terroristic threatening.

Chapman is accused of fondling himself inside his truck, which was parked in the Bank of Hawaii lot at Ala Moana Center last year. When confronted by security guards, prosecutors say he started his engine and sped off, nearly hitting one of the officers.

On Thursday, in the middle of the non-jury trial, the judge acquitted Chapman on the felony threatening charge. The trial continues on the indecent exposure count, which is a petty misdemeanor.

The former reality TV star maintains he was merely changing clothes after spilling orange juice on himself.
