2 small pumpkins, about 2 ½ - 3 pounds ¾ cup butter ¾ cup honey 2 cups milk Salt and pepper, to taste 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cut pumpkins in halves and remove seeds. Season with salt and pepper before roasting for ½ hour at 350 degrees.
While pumpkin is roasting, heat milk and bring to a simmer. Scoop out the pumpkin and put in a medium stainless bowl. Mash it with a wire whisk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Adjust seasoning to taste.
