Oysters Rockefeller:  Fresh pacifc oysters topped with fresh seasoned spinach, baked and laced with hollandaise sauce    
Crab, Seafood Cakes:  Crab, shrimp and scallop cakes served with red bell pepper sauce and basil oil    
Blackened Sashimi:  Fresh Hawaiian ahi blakened with cajun spices and sliced rare, served with a  shoyu beer mustard sauce    
Shrimp Scampi:  served with roasted tomato puff pastry and garlic butter sauce
2nd course:  Soup Du Jour' or Nick's Special Sald    
Nick's Special Salad:  romain lettuce tossed with Nick's special creamy spinach dressing and garnished with bay shrimp
3rd course:  Main Course (includes ALL 3 of the below)    
Rack of Lamb:  served with a wild mushroom sauce and mango chutney on the side    
Sauteed Opakapaka:  sauteed and served with an asparagus, mushroom, bay shrimp, dill and lemon butter sauce & vegetable ratatoule    
Hawaiian Ahi Steak:  Seared and served with a shitake mushroom, snow pea, ginger and shoyu sauce and caramelized onions 
Dessert: Cherries Jubilee or Vanbanna Pie

Maui Baby Greens Salad:  tossed with balsamic vinagrette and garnished with crumbled blue cheese, walnuts, roasted bell peppers and onions.  Served with a roasted tomato bruschetta    

Escargot Bourguignonne:  baked in garlic butter and served with garlic cheese toast    

EntrĂ©e:  choice of:  

Chicken Piccata:  chicken breast sauteed with a white wine, lemon, caper and butter sauce. Served with white rice and vegetables.    

Seared Hawaiian Ahi:  seared and served with a shiitake mushroom, snow pea, ginger and shoyu sauce, caramelized onions and white rice    

Tiger Shrimp Fettuccini:  tossed with roasted tomatoes, basil, mushrooms    

Dessert: choice of: 

Vanbanna Pie:  a special blend of vanilla swiss almond ice cream with banana pudding on a ritz cracker crust.  Served with caramel sauce and fresh bananas    

Medley of Tropical Fruit Sorbet:  guava, mango and pineapple sorbet served in a tuile.

Woo Woo:  a wonderful combination of Svedka Raspberry Bodka, Bols Peach Schnapps, Cranberry Juice with a Touch of Sprite
Jade Mojito:  Just as tasty as the original but with a splash of Bols Melon Liqueur House Special Mermaid:  They do exist here!  After enjoying our mix of Malibu Coconut Rum, Svedka Vodka, Bols Melon Liqueur and Pineapple Juice, you can see them too.

Mai Tai:  The Old Island's Favorite!  Nick's time proven mixture of fresh juices with Bacardi Light and Bacardi Dark Rum for just the right kick

Blue Hawaiian:  A Hawaiian tradition since 1957.  Bacardi Light Rum, Bols Blue Caracao, Coconut Syrup and Pineapple Juice

Sidecar:  A somewhat forgotten classic.  Remy Cognac, Cointreau and freshly squeezed lime served chilled in a Hawaiian raw sugar-rimmed Martini glass

Lychee Martini:  Svedka Vodka, Soho Lychee Liqueur and a touch of Cranberry Juice.  Garnished with local lychee fruit

Pama Tini:  Svedka Vodka, Pama Pomegranate Liqueur and chilled to perfection

Mojito:  a refreshing muddled combination of mint, sugar, fresh lime and bacardi light rum topped with club soda

Gin Gimlet:  As the name suggests this one has a penetrating quality.  Bombay Sapphire and lime juice

Banana Colada:  fresh bananas with rum, banana liqueur, pineapple juice and coconut syrup blended with heavy cream

Tidal Wave:  Light Rum, Bodka, Gin, Peach Schnapps and a dash of Grenadine, Pineapple and Orange Juice

Blended BJ:  Kahlua, Bailey's Banana Liqueur with heavy cream

Black Pearl:  Traditional Mojito but made with Dark Rum for the pirate in you.
