Sweet Potato Casserole

3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes about 2 pounds

¾ cup sugar

2 eggs

2t vanilla

½ t salt

½ cup milk

Topping:

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup melted butter

1 cup flour

1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Boil the potatoes and mash them.  Add the sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, and milk and place in a buttered casserole dish.  For the topping mix all ingredients and spread over top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.  Enjoy!
