Willoughby Leads Wahine To Sweep Of San Francisco

(Honolulu-AP) -- Kim Willoughby had 20 kills and four blocks to lead fourth-ranked Hawaii over San Francisco last night in the Wahine Volleyball Challenge. Hawaii improves to 4-0 by defeating San Francisco 30-15, 30-20, 30-16.

Brittanie Budinger had ten kills, eight digs and a block for San Francisco. In an earlier match, Washington beat San Diego State in three games. Hawaii will face San Diego State tonight at the Stan Sheriff Center.

With her 20-kill performance last night, Kim Willoughby moved into ninth place on the University of Hawaii career kills list. With 1227 kills, Willoughby moved past Jessica Sudduth and needs only five kills tonight to catch Number eight Karrie Trieschman.

Teee Williams is Number one with 1873 kills in her three year career.
