HONOLULU (KHNL) - Honolulu police are seeking the public's help in locating the driver involved in a hit-and-run incident over the weekend.
Police say on October 18, a vehicle struck a pedestrian in the crosswalk at the intersection of Farrington Highway and Waiomea Street at 6:30 p.m.
The vehicle fled the scene and continued to travel west on Farrington Highway. The victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition with a broken leg.
The vehicle is described as a newer model Ford full-size pickup truck, light colored possibly silver with an engine crane device in the rear truck bed. The passenger side view mirror was left at the scene.
