6 medium potatoes, Yukon gold 1/3 c French dressing ½ cup slivered almonds 3 T chopped red onion 3 T chopped green bell peppers 1 cup mayo 1 T chopped parsley
2 t salt 1 ½ t pepper 1 ½ t paprika 1 t dry mustard Cayenne pepper, pinch 1 cup olive oil ½ cup white wine vinegar
Boil potatoes until tender, drain and set aside. To make the dressing, combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, slowly add the oil and whisk until emulsified. Add the vinegar. Take the potatoes and slightly mash with a fork to break it up. Add the dressing and toss. Mix in the remaining ingredients and top with a pinch of parsley and paprika for garnish. Enjoy!
2 cups apple juice 12 oz pineapple juice 1 can thawed cranberry juice concentrate ½ can orange juice concentrate 4 cups club soda
Combine first four ingredients and stir until blended. Add soda, serve over ice.
