Mac salad

½ cup cream cheese
¼ cup chopped shallots
¼ cup mayo
3T sour cream
2T Dijon mustard
2T lemon juice
1T white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and chill.

For Salad:

8 oz large uncooked elbow macaroni
2/3 cup peas
2/3 cup chopped red onion
2/3 cup diced red bell pepper
½ cup sliced green onion
¼ cup chopped parsley
½ t lemon zest
4 strips turkey bacon cooked and chopped

Cook pasta according to directions.  Combine all ingredients in a bowl with macaroni.  Add dressing and toss well top with bacon Enjoy!
