Mustard grilled beef skewers

1 2pound beef tenderloin cut into cubes
Skewers soaked in water for 30 min

Mustard Glaze:

5 cloves garlic fine chop
¼ cup whole grain mustard
2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon paprika
Pinch salt
Pinch black pepper
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon honey

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.  Skewer the beef so the cubes lay flat.  Heat your grill.  Brush the glaze over the beef on both sides.  Grill the beef about 3 minutes per side, continue brushing the glaze while grilling.  Enjoy!

Ginger, Lemongrass and Basil Lemonade:

1 can concentrated frozen Lemonade defrosted
52 oz water
3 stalks lemongrass
½ cup roughly chopped ginger
5 basil leaves chopped

Defrost the lemonade in pitcher.  Bring the water to boil with the lemongrass, ginger and basil.  Turn off the heat and let steep for 20 minutes.  Pour the water over the lemonade and stir and chill until ready to serve.  Refreshing!
