Spinach and feta burgers with herb aioli

For the Burgers

2 pounds of ground hamburger
½ cup chopped yellow onion
½ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
2 cloves of garlic
1 Tablespoon fresh basil (chopped)
1 Tablespoon steak sauce (A1)
1 Tablespoon worst shire sauce
½ pkg of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 Tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Sautee the onion and garlic to release the flavor combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix by hand until combined.  Chill the meat mixture for about one hour.  Form the patties, should make 7-8 6 ounce patties.  Grill on BBQ or in a sauté pan on stove top.

For the Herb Aioli

1 cup mayo
1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 ½ Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley
1 Tablespoon fresh basil
1 Tablespoon fresh oregano

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or mix with food processor or hand blender until combine.  Chill until ready to serve.
