WAIMANALO (KHNL) - Children will learn some valuable tips for conserving water and protecting the environment at the third annual Keiki Water Festival in Waimanalo.

The festival educates children to be good stewards of natural areas and water resources.

Participants will learn the value of this critical resource while providing the tools for a solid foundation to continue clean water habits into adulthood.

The Keiki Water Festival is free to the pubic.

It will be held on October 8 from 8:30 AM to noon at the Waimanalo Elementary and Intermediate School.
