HONOLULU (KHNL) - A man accused of raping a teen driver whose car collided with his truck appeared before an Oahu judge Monday.

Prosecutors say the suspect is already awaiting trial in an unrelated assault case.

Ikaika Stone, 24, is now charged with kidnapping and six counts of sexual assault.

Investigators say he and a 16-year-old girl were involved in a minor traffic accident in the area of Date Street and University Avenue earlier this month. They say Stone later took the girl to a construction site in the back of Kaimuki High School and raped her.

His bail is set at $220,000.
