SCHOFIELD BARRACKS (KHNL) - Clean Water Branch says about 480 gallons of sewage flowed from a manhole near Building 137 on Noho Place at Schofield Barracks.
About 150 to 200 gallons entered into a storm drain. Officials are not sure if any entered into a stream.
As a safety precaution, the public and military personnel are advised to stay out of Waikoloa Gulch and Kaukonahua Stream due to a sewage discharge in Schofield Barracks.
CWB officials don't believe the discharge will reach Kaiaka Bay.
