HONOLULU (KHNL) - The fate of a man charged in a deadly shooting on Oahu's North Shore last year will soon be in the hands of a jury.

Dustin Jimenez is charged with murder, terroristic threatening, reckless endangering and three firearms offenses. Attorneys from both sides finished presenting their evidence, and are set to deliver their closing arguments Thursday.

Dillon Ching, 30, was shot after he intervened in a large fight outside his home.

Jimenez says he acted in self-defense.
