PEARL CITY (KHNL) - Surveillance cameras captured a violent robbery at a gas station in Pearl City this week. Now, you could help police catch the suspects.

Investigators say four men entered the station's convenience store, and stole cigarettes and beer. Before leaving, the suspects threw a beer bottle at the cashier and assaulted him.

It happened at the Tesoro station on Kamehameha Highway near Waimano Home Road early Monday morning.

"This is a violent crime. You know, they went in and basically pummeled this male on the ground," Sgt. Kim Buffett, Crimestoppers, said. "He ends up with three staples in his head from that beer bottle."

Police believe the suspects are between 18 and 20 years old. Investigators say no cash was taken.
