Recent violations of the Honolulu Liquor Commission's rules

HONOLULU (KHNL) -Here is a current report of the Honolulu Liquor Commissions recent rulings:

Club Golden Gate pled no contest and was fined $1,500 dollars for two violations. A $350 dollar violation for an employee consuming liquor and another fine for a time card violation.

The O Lounge has three pending violations against them that will be settled by August 14. One violation was for selling, serving or furnishing liquor to minors, another was for serving more than one drink to a person at time known as, stacking and lastly for failing to make readily available for inspection its books and records for the last four years.

Fashion 45 plead no contest for two violations one involved selling intoxicating liquor to a minor. The Commission gave the licensee a four week license suspension but suspended one week, reserving the right to reinstate the one week if the licensee received additional violations.

Club Komo Mai is accused of selling, serving and furnishing intoxicating liquor to a minor.   The club may have their license revoked because of an incident involving underage drinking that led to a murder.There case will continue until Aug 7, 2008.
