HONOLULU (KHNL) -- If your loved one suddenly has a medical crisis, would you know how to find their important information? Most people don't think about this until there's an emergency.
But a Hawaii woman has put together a new book that will help you prepare now, and save a lot of stress down the line.
It's called the Lifetime Medical Organizer and it's got a dozens forms, and instructions on how to use them.
Author Sandi Yorong explained, "You're really doing it for the love of your family and to help them, and to represent yourself if you can't represent yourself in some manner."
Since the book debuted last month, it's become Barnes & Nobles Hawaii's best selling non-fiction book.
