HONOLULU (KHNL) - A Leeward Oahu business owner, accused of sexually assaulting a boy who worked for him, was indicted by an Oahu grand jury Wednesday.

Henry Moisa, 56, made his initial court appearance Wednesday morning. He was later indicted on five counts of first-degree sex assault.

A 15-year-old boy told investigators Moisa molested him on several occasions over the course of a year.

The suspect runs a portable toilet business in Nanakuli. He's free after posting $250,000 bail.
