HONOLULU (KHNL) - A former Honolulu police sergeant, accused of being involved in an illegal gambling operation on Oahu's North Shore, finds himself in more legal trouble.

Officers arrested Kevin Brunn, 45, on suspicion of harassment early Friday morning.

Police responded to a report of a fight at the Ala Moana Hotel at about 1 am. Brunn is accused of shoving one of the officers.

He's already charged with multiple counts, including conspiracy, in connection with the gambling case. The federal trial is set for October.
