HONOLULU (KHNL) - The family of a murdered Oahu mother could finally be on the road to closure.
An Oahu teenager accused of killing his neighbor, attends a court hearing Tuesday.
Prosecutors say the 15-year-old suspect raped and killed Karen Ertell, in her Ewa Beach home last May.
Police arrested him, then re-arrested him last July.
Tuesday's hearing will determine, if the juvenile should be tried as an adult.
Ertell's family has been frustrated, because the judge postponed the hearing three times in the past year.
