HONOLULU (KHNL) -- A person made a disturbing discovery in Hawaii Kai Thursday.
Officers rushed to Kalanipuu Street at about 10:40 AM, after receiving an anonymous call about an elderly woman floating in Kuapa Pond.
Police say they don't suspect foul play in her death.
"The victim appeared to be an Asian female, age 70 to 80 years of age," Lt. Gerrit Kurihara, Honolulu Police Department, said. "She was clothed, and there are no obvious signs of trauma."
An autopsy will be performed to determine how the woman died.
