Sam Choy's Kitchen recipe: Goya Champuru (Stir Fried Bitter Melon)

4 oz. Goya (bitter melon), julienne
8 pcs. Tofu, cut into ½ inch blocks
3 oz. Pork or Spam, sliced 
1 Egg, scrambled soft
Shoyu
Hondashi
Salt

Brown tofu with goya or spam and add egg.  Add shoyu, hondashi, and salt to taste.
