Man Accused of Breaking into UH Dorms Pleads Guilty

HONOLULU (KHNL) -- A 20-year-old Wahiawa man accused of breaking into a University of Hawaii dorm room last year has pleaded guilty Wednesday.

Prosecutors say Mark Heath pled guilty to three counts of burglary in the first degree, one count of sexual assault in the third degree and one unlawful entry into dwelling.

Heath has admitted to committing a series of break-ins and a sexual assault at the university.

His sentencing is scheduled for July 9.  If convicted, he faces 40 years in prison.
