MOKAUEA ISLAND (KHNL) -- Some girl scouts from the Noelani and the Honpa Hongwanji troops participated in the Mokauea Island Earth Day Service Project cleanup over the weekend.
The girl scouts cleared mangrove in the fishpond and removed the invasive gorilla limu.
The girls also helped paddle out to and back from the island.
