Honolulu City Council Defers Vote on Rail Transit

HONOLULU (KHNL)- After more than 9 hours into a Honolulu City Council meeting on what type of rail transit Honolulu should have, councilmembers voted to defer a decision until the next council meeting, which will be held on April 23rd.

The council had to decide between rubber tire system, light rail, magnetic or monorail.
