HONOLULU (KHNL) -- A man accused in an execution-style slaying on Oahu's Leeward Coast made his first court appearance in the case Monday.

Thirty-year-old Patrick Deguair is charged with murder, kidnapping, firearms offenses and drug counts.

A tourist found the body of 24-year-old Jermaine Duckworth on the rocks below a cliff near Yokohama Bay Beach March 27th. Investigators say the victim had a gunshot wound to the back of his head.
