Gerard Jervis Indicted

HONOLULU (KHNL) -- An Oahu grand jury indicted Gerard Jervis Thursday.

The former Bishop Estate trustee is charged with criminal property damage, driving under the influence, terroristic threatening, and harrassment.

Jervis is accused of getting into his car and chasing four Saint Louis School students who had allegedly egged his home in Lani Kai on March 7th.

Witnesses told investigators Jervis rammed the boys' SUV, sending it up the guard wires of a utility pole.
