HONOLULU (KHNL) -- Hawaii Pacific Univerisity welcomes a Nobel Peace recipient and internationally recognized climate change expert for a series of lectures next month.
Stanford University professor, Dr. Stephen Schneider, will present four lectures.
Global Warming: Is the Science Settled Enough for Policy on April 1 at 2:00 p.m. at the Paul and Vi Loo Theatre at HPU's windward Hawaii Loa campus
Is the Science of Global Warming Settled? on April 1 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Andrew's Cathedral Tenney Theatre.
Global Warming: Teaching and Learning Complex Science Without Oversimplying on April 2 at 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. at the Red Elephant on Bethel Street.
The lecture series is part of HPU's participation in a 16-school global learning network project.
