HONOLULU (KHNL) -- Three men accused in the sex assault of a woman on the grounds of the State Capitol were indicted on multiple charges Thursday.

An Oahu grand jury determined there's enough evidence to send the case against Makichi Aiwo, who's also known as David Kimiuo, Edward Eter and Turan Sirom to trial.

Prosecutors say the suspects took the victim's purse and lured her to the Capitol, where two of the men held her down while the third sexually assaulted her.

"A state sheriff, luckily, stopped the assault in progress and apprehended the suspects," Vickie Kapp, deputy prosecutor, said. "The suspects have no prior convictions."

Bail for each suspect is set at $200,000.
