Lingle Orders Flags at Half-Staff in Honor of Oshiro

HONOLULU (KHNL) --  Governor Linda Lingle has ordered all state flags to be flown at half-staff on Monday, February 25, from sunrise until sunset in honor of former State Representative Robert Oshiro who passed away February 12.

Oshiro was elected to the House of Representative in 1959, representing Wahiawa, Waialua and Kawailoa.

He served in the Legislature for 11 years from 1959 to 1970.

A private burial will be held Monday.
