Police Looking for Man Wanted for Attempted Robbery

HONOLULU (KHNL) -- Honolulu Police need your help to find a man wanted for attempted robbery at a Longs Drugs Store in Wahiawa.

Police say on February 10, an unknown man entered the pharmacy area at about 2:15 p.m.  and presented a demand note for Oxycontin and other medications.  He stated that he had a weapon.

None was seen and  the man fled the store when confronted by a store employee. He was last seen in a maroon SUV or van parked a few blocks away.

The suspect is about 5'6 to 5'8.  He weighs between 140 and 160 pounds.  He was wearing a black-hooded jacket with a white stripe across the back, long black pants, black gloves, a black colored mask and black boots.  He has scarring or skin condition on his face.
