HONOLULU (KHNL) -- An Oahu judge on Friday decided there's enough evidence to send bounty hunter Timothy Chapman's terroristic threatening case to trial.
The 42-year-old is bounty hunter Duane Dog Chapman's sidekick.
Police say Ala Moana Center security guards responded to a report of a nude man inside a parked truck last week. Chapman's attorney says his client was changing clothes after spilling juice on himself.
He's accused of nearly hitting a guard with his truck, as he jumped a curb and drove off.
Chapman is scheduled to enter his plea at Circuit Court January 24th.
