HONOLULU (KHNL) -- CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public's assistance in locating 23-year-old R.J. Ham.
Ham is wanted for questioning for a murder that occurred in the parking lot of 2215 North School Street on December 26, 2007.
He is known to hang out in the Kalihi area.
Ham is described as Micronesian. He maybe wearing his hair in a pony tail.
