Man Accused of Posing as Utility Worker Charged With Burglary

HONOLULU (KHNL) - A man accused of breaking into a Honolulu apartment and posing as a Hawaiian Electric Company employee is now charged in the case.

Fifty-six-year-old Milton Richburg is charged with burglary and sex assault. His bail is set at $11,000.

A 42-year-old woman told police a man entered her apartment while she was in the shower, and claimed he worked for HECO. Investigators say the suspect touched her inappropriately.
