Warriors Finish Regular Season Undefeated

HONOLULU (KHNL) -- Warriors on national TV for the fifth time this season and the fourth game in a row. Apparently the Warriors want to make things exciting. Hawaii hosting Washington; Colt Brennan and the Warriors going for an undefeated season.

The Warriors had a slow start.   Their first touchdown came in the second quarter to Jason Rivers.  In true aloha spirit, Hawaii spotted the Huskies 21 points.

The Warriors fumbled the ball three times in the first quarter.  Rivers had a huge night.  The senior and St. Louis grad had three touchdown catches in the second quarter and he wasn't done.

In the fourth quarter a 40-yard score, Rivers' fourth of the night  ties the game at 28. Late in the fourth, Colt Brennan to Ryan Grice-Mullen for a five-yard touchdown.  But it wasn't over yet.

Washington marches the ball down to inside the ten yard line with a couple of quick strikes.  The Huskies went for the end zone with less than 30 second on the clock, the Warriors tip and pick off a pass in the end zone.  And that's the game.

Warriors win the game 35-28 and finish the season a perfect 12-0.  Now it's the waiting game to see if the Warriors will get a nod for a BCS Bowl Game.  Hawaii is the only undefeated team in Division I college football.

Tune in Sunday to find out if the Warriors are headed to a BCS Bowl.
