HONOLULU (KHNL) -- The co-owner of a popular Kalihi eatery, accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy, is back on the streets.

Prosecutors say Lyle Nonaka is free after posting $150,000 bail. He's scheduled to make his first court appearance Wednesday.

The 50-year-old is one of the owners of Mitsu-Ken Catering on North School Street.

The teen told investigators a person he met on MySpace.com threatened to post a nude picture of him on the internet if he didn't meet with the suspect.

Nonaka is accused of taking the boy to a home and sexually assaulting him.
