HONOLULU (KHNL) -- The co-owner of a popular Kalihi eatery, accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy, is back on the streets.
Prosecutors say Lyle Nonaka is free after posting $150,000 bail. He's scheduled to make his first court appearance Wednesday.
The 50-year-old is one of the owners of Mitsu-Ken Catering on North School Street.
