HONOLULU (KHNL) - A University of Hawaii professor, accused of being an on-line sexual predator, was indicted on an electronic enticement charge Wednesday.
KHNL News 8 has exclusive video of officers escorting Marc Fossorier into the main police cellblock Monday. On Wednesday, an Oahu grand jury determined there is enough evidence to send his case to trial.
The 43-year-old is a nationally-recognized electrical engineering professor at UH Manoa.
Investigators say Fossorier used the internet to arrange a sexual meeting with an undercover agent who was posing as a 15-year-old girl.
