House Majority to Hold Caucus to Discuss Superferry Ruling

HONOLULU (KHNL) -  The House Majority Caucus will meet Wednesday, October 10 to discuss the Hawaii Superferry ruling issued by Judge Cardoza.

The caucus will also be briefed on a meeting scheduled Tuesday between Governor Linda Lingle, Senate President Colleen Hanabusa, and House Speaker Calvin Say.

The caucus is expected to consider any proposed legislation to allow the Superferry to operate while the environmental assessment is being done, and whether there is support to come in for a 5-day minimum legislative special session.
