New Zealand green lip mussels steamed in white wine and left in shell.  Finished with piripiri (a chillie paste made with Horopito peppers) coconut cream and lime sauce.  And served with sauté frond of Pikopiko handmade Kawakawa crisps and crusty pane di casa.
