HONOLULU (KHNL) - The Hawaii State Department of Health Clean Air Branch cites two businesses for permit violations.
Gay and Robinson, Inc. was cited $1,700 for burning a seed cane field not listed on its agricultural burning permit.
Jas W. Glover, Ltd. was cited $5,100 for not conducting its 2006 annual visible emissions test on its diesel engine generators.
The DOH Clean Air Branch is responsible for air pollution control in the state.
