(KHNL) - Hawaii inmates at a prison in Arizona were accidentally let out of their cells Friday afternoon.
The seven inmates who were accidentally released are serving time at the Saguaro Correctional Center.
The Department of Public Safety says human error caused the cell doors to unlock.
The seven men walked out of their cells - and two of them got into a physical altercation.
A third inmate refused to return to his cell and guards had to use a chemical agent - similar to pepper spray - to stop him.
All of them men were eventually returned to their cells.
