When the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki welcomed our first guests on April 20, 1990, it was with a spirit of enthusiasm and wonder. That same cheerfulness exists today as we remain committed to building relationships, families and futures.
Our 521 ocean front rooms are contained in twin towers of rose-colored glass and stone. Each tower contains 28 floors with floor-to-ceiling windows to capture the remarkable seascape view. In 1992, the Hawaii Prince Golf Club opened, just 40 minutes west. The course, designed by Arnold Palmer, boasts of spectacular holes; the only golf course of its kind in Hawaii.
Our elegant offerings are enlivened by a staff ready to deliver our unique style of gracious hospitality. It is our personality and commitment that demonstrates aloha in its purest sense.
Working at the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki and Golf Club is more than a job with tasks to be performed. It is about your personal fulfillment and knowing that your contributions, talents, goals and career development are supported and cheered. We work as a team, we work at creating memorable experiences and we share our appreciation for our guests, our Company and one another.
Lokomaika'i, sharing with kindness from within, is what guides our actions. Lokomaika'i is the coordination of hearts and minds working together to do what is right. We value and respect one another while understanding that our diverse backgrounds and experiences all represent opportunities for learning.
We are asked to care for others, and in turn, the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki and Golf Club cares for us. Providing opportunities, working through challenges and striving to become one of the healthiest companies in the world is a source of fulfillment and personal inspiration that encourages the sharing of experiences and talents to develop our youth, our community and State.
We welcome your skills, your interests and personality that will add to our growing ohana. On Oahu, we welcome your visit to Human Resources where we will share our career opportunities at the hotel and 27 hole golf club on the sunny ewa plain. Should personal development plans include relocating to the island of Hawaii, we will share information about our Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel and the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel.
