July 18, 2007 12:43 PMHONOLULU (KHNL) -- A bank robbery suspect surrendered to Honolulu police one day after a surveillance photo of the robber was released.
Police officials say at about 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, the 20-year-old suspect walked into HPD's main department and surrendered.
The man is suspected of robbing Bank of Hawaii's Kalihi branch Friday, July 13th.
The suspect entered the bank on North King Street, approached the teller and presented a demand note. He was carrying a skateboard and fled with an undisclosed amount of money.
